Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service at most of our store locations. Simply select the 'Pick up in store' option at checkout and wait for a notification that your order is ready for collection.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We want you to love your home. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
Do your furniture products come with a warranty?
All Early Settler products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some specific ranges may carry extended warranties as noted on the product page.
